In January 2017 Hein-Willem has obtained the certificate Agricultural Loan Guarantee Fund (BF).
This certificate means that Hein-Willem knows what the key terms and conditions of the Agricultural Loan Guarantee Fund (BF) are and is able to assess in which practical situations the BF applies . He can calculate the maximum guarantee and apply the BL at various financing issues, also in combination with other (different) alternative forms of financing.

Hein-Willem is a member of the Association of Consultants in Agribusiness (vab) in the Netherlands and is now included in the Farm Advisory System Registry (BAS).  In the Netherlands, the Association of Consultants in Agribusiness (vab) in Amersfoort is appointed by the Minister of Economic Affairs as a professional organization that can recognize agricultural business consultants.

The included agricultural business consultants are included in a register Farm Advisory System (BAS).

On the basis of Article 12 of Regulation (EU) No. 1306/2013 each Member State is required to establish a system for advising on land and farm management.

In this context, Hein-Willm can advise, among other things::

• keeping agricultural land in good agricultural and environmental condition;
• climate and environmentally friendly farming practices;
• and measures aimed at modernizing farms.
